Job Description – Fresher (Civil / Drafting)

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team and build a strong foundation in design, drafting, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist senior engineers in project-related tasks and daily operations.
- Prepare and modify design drawings using AutoCAD.
- Apply basic construction and engineering knowledge in project execution.
- Gain hands-on experience while developing technical and skilled skills.
- Support troubleshooting, problem-solving, and product development activities.
- Collaborate with team members and work under proper guidance and mentoring.
- Gradually take on more responsibility and independent assignments based on performance.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Basic construction and civil engineering knowledge is essential.
- Good learning attitude and teamwork skills.
