- Visit customers at their registered/residential or business locations for loan repayment collection.
- Follow up with customers regarding overdue EMIs and outstanding payments.
- Collect payments from customers as per company policies and procedures.
- Maintain professional and respectful communication with customers.
- Explain outstanding dues, payment options, and repayment schedules.
- Update daily collection details and customer visit reports.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payments collected.
- Coordinate with the Team Leader and office team regarding difficult or overdue accounts.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
