Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Travel Consultant with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the hospitality and travel industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both international and domestic tour packages, handling hotel bookings (online and offline), and maintaining smooth daily communication with clients and suppliers.

Roles & Responsibilities

Tour Package Management: Design, curate, and customize domestic and international tour packages based on client needs and preferences.

Hotel & Accommodation Bookings: Handle end-to-end online and offline bookings for hotels, accommodations, and related travel services.

Client & Supplier Communication: Manage day-to-day email and phone communications with clients, hotel vendors, tour operators,



and suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery.

Customer Support: Provide accurate information regarding itineraries, travel requirements, pricing, and travel schedules to clients.

Itinerary Planning: Prepare cost estimates, detailed travel itineraries, and confirm booking vouchers in a timely manner.

Requirements & Candidate Profile

Gender: Female candidate preferred

Age Limit: 25 to 40 years

Education: Graduate in any discipline (degree/diploma in Travel & Tourism is a plus)

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality industry

Language Skills: Basic to fluent English and Gujarati communication

Work Preference: Candidates residing in Andheri to Virar (office located in Malad East)
