Pitambari Films Production is a premium photography and film production company specializing in Luxury Wedding Films, Wedding Photography, Pre-Wedding Shoots, Destination Weddings, Corporate Films, Brand Campaigns, Commercial Shoots and Digital Content Production.

We are looking for a confident, energetic and sales-driven Sales Executive who can interact directly with wedding and pre-wedding clients, understand their requirements, present our packages and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

This is a highly client-facing role where communication, follow-up and closing ability directly translate into earnings.

- Key Responsibilities1. Wedding & Pre-Wedding SalesActively interact with wedding and pre-wedding clients through:

- Phone Calls
- WhatsApp
- Video Calls
- Face-to-Face Meetings
- Venue / Client Meetings
- Understand the client's wedding dates, functions, locations, requirements and budget.
- Explain Pitambari Films' packages, services, deliverables and customization options.
- Recommend suitable wedding, pre-wedding or photography packages according to the client's requirements.
- Handle client objections regarding pricing, deliverables, quality, availability and competition.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings.
- 2. Lead Follow-Up & ConversionRespond quickly to incoming leads and enquiries.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients through calls and WhatsApp.
- Keep track of every lead and its current sales stage.
- Follow up with clients until the enquiry is either converted or closed.
- Reconnect with old and inactive leads for potential bookings.
- Create urgency around dates, availability and booking deadlines.
- 3. Client MeetingsConduct skilled meetings with prospective wedding clients.
- Present the Pitambari Films portfolio and previous work.
- Understand the client's vision and recommend creative solutions.
- Negotiate packages within company-approved pricing structures.
- Build trust and establish a strong relationship with the client.
- Take the client towards the final booking decision.

Closing & BookingThe primary objective is easy:

LEAD → CONVERSATION → MEETING → NEGOTIATION → BOOKING

- Close wedding and pre-wedding photography/film packages.
- Collect booking confirmations and coordinate advance payments.
- Ensure all agreed package details are properly communicated to the internal production team.
- Maintain accurate records of confirmed bookings.
- 5. Sales & Business DevelopmentGenerate new leads through personal networking and industry contacts.
- Build relationships with:

- Banquet & Resort Teams
- Makeup Artists
- Bridal Boutiques
- Wedding Vendors
- Event Managers
- Corporate Contacts
- Explore opportunities for destination wedding and pre-wedding bookings.
- Participate in networking events, exhibitions and industry meetings whenever required.

Compensation & CommissionPerformance = Earnings

The role includes a performance-based commission structure, allowing the Sales Executive to earn commission on successfully closed wedding and pre-wedding bookings.
