Job Responsibilities:
- Connect with potential candidates through calls and follow-ups.
- Understand their career requirements and explain our services.
- Guide interested candidates through the enrollment process.
- Build valuable relationships and maintain regular communication.
- Update daily activities in the system and achieve monthly targets.
Requirements:
- Good English communication skills.
- Sales or customer service experience is preferred, but freshers are welcome.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
Job Location: Ahmedabad (GOTA)
Shift: Night Shift Only (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Weekends Off: Saturday & Sunday
