About the Role

Sun Shaper Energy is looking for a responsible and energetic Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate residential rooftop solar projects at the field level.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating between customers, installation teams and the internal project team to ensure smooth and timely execution of solar projects.

Key Responsibilities

Visit customer locations for residential rooftop solar projects.

Coordinate with customers regarding project installation activities.

Coordinate with installation/technical teams at project sites.

Monitor the progress of ongoing solar installations.

Ensure required site-related information is properly collected and communicated to the concerned team.

Coordinate project schedules and installation timelines.

Follow up with customers and internal teams for pending project activities.

Report site updates, issues and project status to the reporting manager.

Ensure smooth coordination from project confirmation to installation completion.

Handle basic field-level project coordination and documentation.

Required Skills





Good communication and coordination skills.

Comfortable with regular field visits.

Basic understanding of electrical/solar work will be an advantage.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Ability to coordinate with customers and field teams.

Responsible, punctual and willing to travel locally for project work.

Eligibility

Diploma / ITI qualification is preferred/required.

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

Experience in solar, electrical, construction, project coordination or field operations will be an advantage.

Two-wheeler/Bike is mandatory.

Valid driving licence required.

Candidates should be comfortable with residential project site visits.

Important

⚡ This is primarily a Field Coordination role.

? Advanced technical knowledge is not mandatory, but basic understanding of electrical/solar work is preferred.
