Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of a retail pharmacy. The candidate will be responsible for pharmacy services, medicine inventory, prescription handling, staff coordination, customer service, and ensuring proper pharmacy operations and compliance.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations of the retail pharmacy.
- Dispense medicines accurately as per valid prescriptions and applicable requirements.
- Read and verify prescriptions carefully.
- Maintain medicine inventory, including stock levels, batch numbers, and expiry dates.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of medicines.
- Monitor near-expiry, damaged, and slow-moving stock.
- Coordinate medicine purchases and replenishment with suppliers.
- Supervise and guide pharmacy staff.
- Ensure smooth and efficient pharmacy services.




- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Maintain purchase, sales, stock, and pharmacy-related records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy and medicine regulations.
- Maintain high standards of safety, accuracy, and customer service.
- RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in a retail pharmacy or similar healthcare/pharmacy environment.
- D.Pharm, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, or relevant diploma qualification.
- Positive knowledge of drugs and medicines.
- Strong understanding of medicine inventory and pharmacy operations.
- Ability to read and understand prescriptions.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to manage pharmacy staff and daily operations.
- Basic English communication skills preferred.
