Important: This is initially a one-month contract role. Based on performance, reliability and business requirements, the engagement may be extended beyond the initial one-month period.

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a proactive Field Executive to support our product sourcing and development activities. The role will involve visiting manufacturers, suppliers and production facilities to identify suitable products, source prototypes and samples, coordinate with vendors, and support the team in taking products from idea to prototype.

- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit manufacturers, suppliers and vendors to identify suitable products and manufacturing capabilities.
- Source and collect product samples, prototypes and materials as required.
- Coordinate with manufacturers for prototype development, modifications and iterations.
- Collect quotations, pricing, MOQ, lead times and other relevant product information.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure prototypes and samples are delivered on time.
- Visit factories, workshops and production facilities to understand manufacturing capabilities and processes.
- Take photographs, videos, measurements and other required information during field visits.
- Coordinate between manufacturers/vendors and the internal product and engineering teams.
- Track multiple prototype requests and ensure timely follow-up and closure.




- Identify new manufacturers and suppliers and build strong vendor relationships.
- Support product testing, quality checks and sample approvals when required.
- Travel across Bengaluru and other locations based on project requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of vendors, products, samples, quotations and prototype status.
- Requirements1–3 years of experience in field operations, product sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, vendor management or a similar role.
- Experience dealing with manufacturers, suppliers or workshops is preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable travelling frequently and visiting factories, workshops and supplier locations.
- Valuable attention to detail and ability to accurately capture product and vendor information.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and mobile applications.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Should be proactive, practical and comfortable working independently.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and follow up consistently.

What We’re Looking ForSomeone who is hands-on and willing to get into the field — visiting manufacturers, finding the right vendors, getting samples/prototypes made, negotiating with suppliers and making sure things actually move forward.

This is a field-heavy role and is not a desk-based position.
