Role OverviewThe Operations Associate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by maintaining real-time visibility of on-ground physiotherapy activities through the admin panel. This role focuses on accurate tracking of physiotherapist schedules, client sessions, attendance, and operational data to support service quality, efficiency, and decision-making.
- Monitor daily physiotherapist and client sessions through the admin panel.
- Ensure accurate real-time visibility of on-ground activities from the office.
- Track session status (scheduled, completed, cancelled, rescheduled) and flag discrepancies.
Data Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain and update session-level data for physiotherapists and clients.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of operational data in internal systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports as required.
- Share insights on utilization, session adherence, and operational gaps.
Coordination & Support
- Coordinate with physiotherapists and internal teams to resolve data or scheduling issues.
- Act as the first point of contact for operational clarifications related to sessions.
- Support ops leadership with data needed for planning and execution.
Process Adherence & Improvement
- Ensure SOPs related to session tracking and reporting are followed.
- Identify recurring operational issues and suggest process improvements.
- Support implementation of new operational tools or workflows.
- Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in operations, data tracking, or coordination roles.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Comfortable working with admin panels, dashboards, and spreadsheets.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a structured office workplace.
- Preferred SkillsExperience in healthcare, fitness, or service-based operations.
- Familiarity with CRM or scheduling platforms.
- Basic data analysis and reporting skills.
