Job Description – E-commerce Executive

SRG Fashion by Sharmila is looking for a responsible and creative E-commerce Executive to manage our online store and digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update our WordPress/WooCommerce website

Add new products with images, titles, descriptions, prices, MRP, discounts and product codes

Manage product categories, inventory and website content

Regularly check and maintain website pages, products, links and checkout

Identify and resolve basic website/technical issues

Coordinate with the website developer for major technical issues

Manage product posting on Instagram & Facebook

Create basic product posts, banners and creatives using Canva

Handle basic SEO and website optimization





Keep the website updated with current products, offers and promotions

Monitor website performance and ensure a smooth customer experience

Requirements:

Good knowledge of WordPress & WooCommerce

Experience in E-commerce / Product Listing / Website Management

Knowledge of Social Media Management, Canva & Basic SEO

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Should be responsible, organized and able to work independently

E-commerce experience will be preferred

This is a full-time role.
