We are looking for 2 staff members to join our Authentic Banarasi Chaat Shop in Mira Road, Mumbai.
1. Counter Salesperson
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer orders
- Serve customers politely and efficiently
- Manage the counter and maintain cleanliness
- Coordinate with the kitchen for orders
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a food outlet/restaurant preferred
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Basic knowledge of billing and payments
- Honest, punctual and well-mannered
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
2. Kitchen Helper
Responsibilities:
- Assist the chef/chaat maker with food preparation
- Help with chopping, preparation and serving
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
- Assist in stock arrangement and other kitchen work
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant/food outlet preferred
- Hardworking and disciplined
- Good hygiene and cleanliness habits
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
