Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and manage all digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Drive lead generation campaigns for recruitment, staffing, executive search, and HR consulting services.
- Build and enhance the company's online brand presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop content strategies including blogs, case studies, employer branding, client success stories, newsletters, and recruitment campaigns.
- Manage the company website, landing pages, and digital assets to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Lead SEO initiatives to improve organic rankings, website traffic, and domain authority.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing automation tools,



providing actionable insights and ROI reports.
- Manage marketing budgets and maximize campaign ROI through continuous optimization.
- Collaborate with recruitment, sales, and leadership teams to support hiring campaigns and business development initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, AI-driven marketing tools, and emerging digital technologies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior marketing team members and coordinate with external agencies or vendors when required.

Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Digital Marketing Strategy and Campaign Management.
