Job Summary

We are looking for a Legal Officer - Client Relations with an LLB qualification and approximately 2+ years of court experience to join our team in Coimbatore.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal matters along with excellent client-handling, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and follow-up skills. This role is ideal for a legal qualified who is looking to transition from traditional court practice into a client-facing corporate role.

The candidate will be responsible for handling client concerns, complaints, escalations, documentation-related issues, service delays, refunds, and other client-related matters while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle client concerns, complaints, queries, and escalations professionally.
- Understand and address client issues related to documentation, processing delays, eligibility, refunds, and services.
- Communicate with clients through phone calls, email, and Direct.
- Provide clients with clear, accurate, and timely updates.




- Maintain proper records of complaints, escalations, actions taken, and resolutions.
- Follow up with clients and relevant internal teams until issues are completely resolved.
- Coordinate with Sales, Documentation, Processing, Operations, and other departments.
- Handle dissatisfied or difficult clients calmly and professionally.
- Identify recurring client issues and contribute to reducing complaints, cancellations, and refund requests.
- Escalate critical or sensitive matters to management when required.
- Prepare regular reports related to client complaints, escalations, and resolutions.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and build trust through effective communication.
- Ensure all client-related communications and records are properly documented.
