As Senior Project Manager – Salesforce | Head of Operations, you will work closely with the founders and leadership team to drive operational excellence across Worxwide.
Salesforce knowledge and experience are mandatory, as Salesforce is a core part of our business.
Your initial focus will be on Salesforce delivery and project management, but your responsibility will extend across the company’s broader service portfolio and operations, including:
- Salesforce
- UX/UI Design
- Sales Automation
- ABM
- Client delivery
- Resource management
- People management
- Internal processes
- Operational performance
You will become a key person responsible for ensuring that:
- Projects are delivered.
- Clients are happy.
- Teams are productive.
- Resources are utilized effectively.
- Processes are scalable.

- And the business keeps moving forward.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Leadership
- Own day-to-day operational execution across Worxwide.
- Work closely with the founders to translate business strategy into execution.
- Establish processes, systems, dashboards, and operating rhythms.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively solve them.
- Improve delivery efficiency, utilization, profitability, and quality.
- Create accountability across teams and projects.
- Coordinate effectively between sales, delivery, design, marketing, and leadership.
- Build scalable processes that can support rapid company growth.
- Track operational KPIs and provide regular visibility to leadership.
2. Salesforce Delivery Leadership
Robust Salesforce knowledge is mandatory for this position.
- Lead and oversee Salesforce projects from discovery through delivery.
- Understand Salesforce implementation, customization, integrations, automation, and related CRM workflows.
- Manage Salesforce consultants, developers, administrators, and project resources.
