Experience
- 9+ years of experience in Controls creation, Operational Risk, Compliance, Process Improvement, Business Transformation or Consulting roles
- Payroll,
HR Operations, Workforce Compliance, or Regulatory Obligation Management experience highly regarded
- Hands on experience in creating controls and running Control testings
- Well familiar with Change management process
- Proficient in creation of Dashboards to showcase ongoing team progress against goals
- Proficient in structured problem solving and process improvement methodologies tools and processes across the business improvement and transformation lifecycle
- Robust PowerPoint capability to clearly articulate problems to various stakeholder groups and recommend solutions
