As a Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy production-grade software solutions within a up-to-date cloud-native microservices architecture. You will play a key role in enhancing existing applications, modernising platforms, improving automation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, cloud technologies, and modern software engineering practices.

What you'll do...
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
- Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Develop robust backend services and business logic to support application functionality and integration.
- Design and manage relational databases, including PostgreSQL and SQL Server.
- Develop, publish, and consume secure REST APIs using industry best practices and API management solutions such as Apigee.
- Design highly available and resilient cloud-native solutions targeting enterprise service reliability requirements.




- Implement automated testing strategies and maintain strong test coverage to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise applications for performance and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and fellow engineers to deliver innovative solutions.
- Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Participate throughout the full software development lifecycle, from design through deployment and support.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Java application development.
- 2+ years of experience with Spring Boot
