Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (In-hand), depending on interview and experience

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Production Engineer – Supervisor (Plastic Injection Moulding) to supervise day-to-day production activities, manage manpower, ensure production targets, and maintain quality and safety standards on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production on plastic injection moulding machines.
- Ensure production as per defined target, quality, and safety standards.
- Set moulds and machine parameters and optimize the moulding process.
- Monitor machine performance, mould condition, cycle time, and production output.
- Troubleshoot moulding defects and take corrective actions to minimize rejection.
- Handle operators and manpower allocation for shift production.
- Maintain proper shift-wise production records and reports.
- Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams for smooth production.




- Work on cycle-time improvement and rejection control.
- Ensure proper implementation of 5S, safety, and shop-floor discipline.
- Report daily production status and issues to management.

Skills Required
- Valuable knowledge of plastic injection moulding machines and processes.
- Ability to set moulds and troubleshoot moulding defects.
- Experience in machine parameter setting and process optimization.
- Knowledge of plastic raw materials such as PP, ABS, Nylon, etc.
- Ability to handle manpower and manage shift production.
- Understanding of quality standards and production targets.
- Basic knowledge of 5S, safety, and shop-floor discipline.
- Experience in cycle-time improvement and rejection control.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
