- Conduct quality inspections during garment production.
- Check garments for stitching defects, measurement issues, fabric defects, shade variation, stains, holes, and other quality problems.
- Perform Inline, End-line, and Final Inspection.
- Ensure garments are produced according to approved samples, specifications, and buyer requirements.
- Monitor sewing and finishing processes to identify and prevent quality issues.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.
- Coordinate with Production, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, and Merchandising teams to resolve quality issues.
- Follow up on corrective actions and reduce rejection and alteration.
- Ensure AQL and company quality standards are followed.
- Conduct random inspections and report quality deviations to the concerned team.
- Support buyer inspections and final shipment quality checks.
- Maintain proper quality documentation and reports.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
