About the Role

Valion Group is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our Marketing Team. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging video content for our brands, social media platforms, marketing campaigns, and corporate communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging short-form content, reels, promotional videos, and corporate videos.
- Edit raw footage into high-quality, visually appealing videos.
- Add transitions, text, subtitles, graphics, music, sound effects, and other visual elements.
- Work closely with the Social Media, Content, and Marketing teams to understand campaign requirements.
- Assist in creating video content for Valion Group, MyFollo, and PropCare.
- Understand social media trends and create content accordingly.




- Ensure videos are delivered within timelines and meet brand guidelines.
- Organize and maintain video files, footage, project files, and other creative assets.
- Participate in content shoots when required and provide creative inputs.

Required Skills
- 1–3 years of professional experience in video editing.
- Solid knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or similar editing software.
- Experience in editing Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, and promotional content.
- Good understanding of video composition, pacing, transitions, typography, and sound.
- Strong sense of creativity and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good attention to detail.

Preferred
- Experience in Real Estate, Finance, Wealth Management, Luxury, or Corporate Marketing will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
