What you will do

We are developing Manufacturing and Engineering AI solutions that help employees gain insights, access knowledge, and make decisions more efficiently. The Sr. Manager, Information Systems will lead the team responsible for delivering these capabilities, serving as the strategic and operational counterpart to the Principal Software Engineer.

This role owns product and delivery leadership for the team, translating business needs into explicit priorities, roadmap direction, and executable requirements. You will manage the development team directly, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure delivery is aligned to business outcomes, user needs, compliance expectations, and platform strategy.

This position requires strong familiarity with manufacturing technology environments and the modern data and AI stack that supports them. You will help guide solutions that integrate with manufacturing systems, industrial data sources, and enterprise AI platforms to enable chatbots, agents,



workflow automation, and decision support across manufacturing and engineering functions.

- Serve as the product and delivery lead for the team, shaping strategy, priorities, and execution plans for AI-enabled manufacturing and engineering solutions.
- Translate manufacturing, operational, and business requirements into actionable product direction, delivery milestones, and team backlogs.
- Manage and develop the engineering team directly, including performance management, coaching, career development, and organizational health.
- Partner closely with the Principal Software Engineer to align product direction with architecture, platform design, and technical standards.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across manufacturing, engineering, product, security, compliance, operations, and enterprise technology stakeholders.
- Define and maintain the team roadmap
