Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheet reconciliations, general ledger accounting, fixed asset accounting, intercompany accounting, and month end closing.
- Perform record to report (RTR) activities such as journal entries, accruals, adjustments, and reversals.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements by reviewing workbooks for errors and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues related to financial reporting or accounting discrepancies.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in all aspects of financial reporting to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-7 years' experience in Record To Report (RTR), General Ledger Accounting, Intercompany Reconciliation & Accounting.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) from any specialization.
- Solid knowledge of SAP systems; proficiency in MS Excel is essential.
