Role Overview

As a Lead Recruiter at Fusion CX, you will manage end-to-end hiring processes, oversee multiple recruitment campaigns, and partner with stakeholders to meet project goals. You ll design data-driven hiring strategies, execute volume recruitment drives, and contribute to strengthening Fusion CX s growing workforce across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate should have experience in high-volume recruitment drives for International and Domestic projects




- Should be responsible for managing volume hiring across multiple projects and multiple sites
- Should understand Client requirements and prepare suitable hiring strategies
- Should coordinate with Stakeholders for successful recruitment closures on time
- Should maintain hiring tools and applications
- Should understand and continuously research for improvement of the hiring process
- Should prepare reports on time
- Should be versatile to travel anywhere in India
Work Locations

This role is open to applicants based in either Gurugram or Navi Mumbai.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Human Resources preferred).
- Experience: 8-12 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with strong expertise in mass hiring and BPO hiring.
