House of Unblur is an elite D2C performance marketing agency. We've driven
₹341Cr+ in managed growth across 200+ brands
and hold official partnerships with Meta, Google, Shopify, and Shiprocket. We don't run ads. We engineer growth — and we expect everyone on the buying floor to be sharp, accountable, and obsessed with the number that matters: profitable scale.
This is not a seat-warmer role. This is for someone who lives inside Ads Manager, reads a dashboard like a story, and knows exactly which lever to pull before the client even asks.
What You'll Own
- Full-funnel media buying across Meta and Google
for a portfolio of D2C brands — from cold prospecting to retargeting to brand search.
- Profitable scale.
You own blended ROAS, CAC, and spend efficiency. You don't just hit targets — you defend margins while pushing volume.
- Campaign architecture.
Structure accounts properly (ASC/ABO/CBO on Meta,
PMax/Search/Shopping on Google) instead of chasing dashboard noise.
- Creative strategy partnership.
Brief the creative team with intent — angles, hooks, formats — based on what the data is actually telling you.
- Daily optimization discipline.
No reckless pause-relaunch cycles. Decisions backed by data, statistical significance, and a explicit hypothesis.
- Client-facing performance ownership.
Walk into a call, own the numbers, explain the
*why*
, and lead the next move with confidence.
- Testing roadmap.
Run a structured pipeline of audience, creative, offer, and landing-page tests — and kill or scale fast based on results.
What Makes You a Fit (Non-Negotiables)
- 5+ years
of hands-on media buying on
both Meta and Google Ads
— not one or the other.
- A track record of
scaling D2C / e-commerce accounts profitably
(you can talk real numbers: spend managed, ROAS held, accounts grown).
- Deep fluency in
