Responsibilities
- Handle operational and administrative activities, including checking customer requests and monitoring trade and remittance products.
- Process foreign inward and outward remittances accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain daily MIS of transactions and reconcile daily transactions.
- Provide support for daily operations with a valuable working knowledge of SWIFT messages (MT 103, MT 202, MT 202 COV).
- Proactively acquire the necessary knowledge to support team activities.
Qualifications

Bachelors/Masters of Accounting and Finance, Bachelors/Masters of Commerce, or any degree in the banking and finance vertical.
Requirements

Bachelors/Masters of Commerce, or any related degree in the banking and finance domain.
- 3-7 years of relevant experience in transaction processing for trade and remittances in the banking industry.
- Strong knowledge of SWIFT messages.
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work in early shifts and a team-oriented mindset.
- Good command over computer skills, including MS Office.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
