Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Greet customers warmly, guide them to tables, and present menus.
- Order Taking: Record food and drink selections accurately, offer menu suggestions, and note special dietary requests.
- Serving: Deliver food and beverages promptly from the kitchen and bar to the correct tables.
- Table Maintenance: Transparent dirty plates, refill glasses, wipe surfaces, and reset tables for new guests.
- Station Upkeep: Stock side stations with cutlery, napkins, and condiments.
- Billing: Prepare checks, process payments, and handle cash or card registers when required.
