Must Haves
- Bachelor's degree in applied mathematics, statistics,engineering or similar
- Master's degree in data science or related quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, etc.)
- 5-8 years' experience in supply chain Analytics, data science applied to Operations / Manufacturing, production planning, or supply planning analytics role
- Proven experience working with end-to-end supply chain data and constraints
- Handson experience implementing analytics solutions in an operational workplace (not only conceptual work)
- Proficient in advanced excel (for analysis and validation)
- Hands-on experience with Python and/or R and SQL for analytics and data science.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms.

Role and Responsibility:




- Design, develop, and implement scalable, robust statistical and analytical models to support datadriven decisionmaking across supply chain functions.
- Translate business questions and operational issues into welldefined analytical use cases and solution approaches.
- Ensure analytics solutions are operationalized and embedded into business processes, planning tools, and decision workflows.
- Partner with data engineering, IT, and digital teams to ensure data availability, quality, and scalability for analytics use cases.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging analytics methods, and best practices in supply chain, data science, and advanced analytics, and apply them where relevant.
