AIKAM is an AI-native interviewing platform transforming the way organizations evaluate talent. We're looking for creative individuals who love creating content, enjoy being in front of the camera, and can simplify ideas into engaging videos.
What You'll Do
- Create engaging short-form videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.
- Be the face of AIKAM in videos, campaigns, and product content.
- Develop content around hiring, recruitment, AI interviews, career tips, and workplace trends.
- Write simple, engaging scripts and hooks for reels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content calendars.
- Stay updated with social media trends and create content around relevant topics.
- Work with the design and video team to produce high-quality content.
- Participate in product launches, campaigns, podcasts, and interviews.
Requirements
- Passion for creating content and storytelling.
- Confident on camera with good presentation skills.
- Strong communication skills in English (Telugu is a plus).
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube content.
- Creative thinking with an eye for trends and audience engagement.
- Ability to research topics and convert them into engaging content.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a rapid-paced startup environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience creating personal or brand content.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
- Understanding of the HR Tech, SaaS, or startup ecosystem.
