Junior - Projects Management person (Security and implementation)
Job Summary

We re seeking an experienced Security Systems Project Implementation Specialist to lead and manage installation projects for access control and CCTV systems, ideally within a Genetec setting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in security system deployments, with a proven track record in end-to-end project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of physical security systems, including setup and commissioning of access control and CCTV installations.
- Oversee projects in Genetec (preferred) or similar environments, coordinating timelines and deliverables.
- Manage stakeholder communications and vendor relationships, while ensuring quality and compliance with security standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, facilities, operations) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during implementation, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Document project plans,



status updates, system configurations, and handover reports.
Qualifications (Required)
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in physical security installation and project implementation.
- Demonstrated experience working in access control and CCTV environments.
- Familiarity with Genetec systems is a distinct advantage.
- Proven ability to manage full project lifecycle-from planning through to handover.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Immediate joiner preferred, subject to completion of onboarding and due diligence.
