Role Description
The Plant Head is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Surat, responsible for end-to-end management of the bottling plant. This position oversees daily plant operations, including production scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination across teams to meet volume, quality, and safety targets. The Plant Head ensures strict compliance with quality control, hygiene,



and regulatory standards, while driving continuous improvement in processes and equipment utilization. The role includes monitoring budgets, controlling operational costs, and optimizing productivity to support business growth. The Plant Head also leads and develops plant staff, implements performance metrics, and collaborates with senior management on strategic initiatives and capacity expansion.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in plant operations and production management, with the ability to oversee end-to-end manufacturing activities.
- Robust skills in production planning and scheduling to ensure efficient use of resources and timely order fulfillment.
