We are seeking a skilled Revit Modeler / Detailer with hands-on experience in developing high-quality BIM models and construction drawings. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Revit modeling, detailing, and coordination, with the ability to deliver accurate and clash-free models and drawings in accordance with project standards.
Key responsibilities:
- - Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit with Good understanding of drafting standards and detailing practices.
- Prepare detailed construction drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication drawings from BIM models.
- Create plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and detailed views.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP disciplines to resolve design clashes.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and implement review comments.
- Perform model quality checks and ensure model integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
- Extract quantities, schedules, and reports from Revit models as required.
- Maintain project documentation and version control.
- Experience in preparing construction and detailed engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of clash detection and model coordination
