About the Role

We’re looking for a
creative and strategic Social Media Strategist
to manage and grow our organic social media presence across multiple platforms and industries.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute
organic social media strategies
.
- Manage content for
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube
, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan
content calendars, campaigns, content pillars, and creative ideas
.
- Research
audiences, competitors, market trends, and industry insights
.
- Create engaging content concepts, captions, hooks, and storytelling ideas.
- Work with designers, video editors, and other creative teams.
- Monitor social media performance and use insights to improve content and engagement.
- Manage multiple brands/accounts and maintain consistent brand communication.





What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience
in Social Media Strategy/Management or Content Marketing.
- Agency experience
with exposure to multiple industries/brands is preferred.
- Solid understanding of
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube
.
- Excellent
creative thinking and content ideation skills
.
- Strong
audience and market research
skills.
- Good understanding of social media trends and organic growth.
- Strong
communication, language, presentation, and storytelling skills
.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A strategic mindset with a good balance of
creativity + analytics
.

Qualification

? Degree/Diploma in
Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or a related field
is preferred.
