About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Business Development Executive who can help JAYVÉRA grow both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing

* Manage Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms

* Plan and execute reels, content and marketing campaigns

* Manage influencer and creator collaborations

* Run and optimize Meta Ads

* Increase website traffic, customer acquisition and online sales

* Support growth on Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho

* Track marketing performance, leads, conversions and ROAS

Offline Marketing & Business Development

* Identify and approach cosmetic stores, pharmacies, salons, skincare clinics and beauty retailers

* Develop distributor, wholesaler and retailer relationships

* Visit local markets and potential business partners

* Generate B2B leads and convert them into orders

* Negotiate with retailers,



distributors and wholesalers

* Develop offline sales opportunities across Bengaluru

* Conduct product presentations and business meetings

* Build and maintain long-term B2B relationships

Requirements

* 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Business Development / Sales

* Good knowledge of Meta Ads and social media

* Experience in influencer marketing preferred

* Robust communication and negotiation skills

* Willingness to travel locally for market visits and meetings

* E-commerce/D2C experience preferred

* Beauty/skincare/pharmacy experience will be an advantage

* Target-oriented and comfortable with both online and offline sales
