Work Mode: Work From Office

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide break-fix support for laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobility devices (Android/iOS)
- Handle imaging/re-imaging of devices as per IT security policies
- Support IT infrastructure including printers, MFDs, and office move activities
- Offer smart hands & eyes support for servers, network, and security devices
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repair/replacement
- Log and manage incidents ensuring SLA compliance




- Maintain CMDB and manage asset lifecycle
- Support IT for events, meetings & emergency situations
- Participate in IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Experience:
- BS/BA in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent
- 5+ years in IT Technical Support / Service Delivery
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
