We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Engineer to join our field sales team in the construction chemicals industry. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates who are eager to build a career in sales and client engagement. The role involves lead generation, customer interaction, and on-ground market development.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through field visits, site visits, and networking
- Visit construction sites, contractors, builders, and dealers to promote products
- Collect and maintain accurate customer data and project information
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and prospects
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products/solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, orders, and deliveries
- Track sales activities and report daily/weekly progress to the manager
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- 0–1 year of experience (Freshers with strong interest in sales can apply)
- Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of construction materials or chemicals (preferred)
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive attitude
Preferred Skills
- Ability to build relationships quickly
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills
