Roles and Responsibilities :
- Perform cataract surgeries using phacoemulsification techniques
- Conduct pre-operative and post-operative care for patients undergoing cataract surgery, including examinations, diagnoses, and follow-up appointments.
- Collaborate with other medical professionals to develop treatment plans for complex cases involving multiple eye conditions or complications.
- Stay up-to-date with latest advancements in ophthalmology and implement new technologies and techniques into practice.
Job Requirements :
- 0-10 years of experience in ophthalmology or related field.
- Strong knowledge of phacoemulsification (phaco) surgery techniques and principles.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a quick-paced hospital environment.
