Role & responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Nykaa and other online platforms.
- Manage product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, keywords, pricing, attributes and product content.
- Monitor inventory and stock availability across marketplaces and coordinate with the warehouse team for replenishment.
- Track orders, cancellations, returns, refunds and RTOs and resolve operational issues.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and customer support teams to ensure timely order processing and dispatch.
- Monitor sales performance, revenue, orders, conversion rate, stock levels and marketplace KPIs.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly e-commerce MIS reports using Advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
- Manage pricing, offers, discounts, deals and promotions across marketplaces.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers and raise/resolve seller support tickets and operational issues.
- Monitor product ratings, reviews and customer feedback and coordinate internally for issue resolution.




- Ensure marketplace catalogue accuracy and content compliance.
- Track settlements, deductions, commissions, marketplace fees and payment discrepancies and coordinate with accounts for reconciliation.
- Monitor POs, invoices, dispatches and marketplace claims.
- Analyze competitor pricing, product positioning and marketplace trends.
- Support current product launches and ensure timely listing/activation across all marketplaces.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales, visibility, ranking and product performance.
- Maintain and update e-commerce dashboards and performance trackers.
