Scope
- Lead the successful delivery of Blue Yonder's cloud-native Supply Chain Data Platform initiatives by combining solid technical expertise with project execution and delivery.
- Drive planning, execution, solution design, architecture reviews, and engineering best practices while remaining hands-on with software development, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with global cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions.

What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Architects, Engineering, and Customer teams to define technical solutions, prioritize work, and manage project risks and dependencies.
- Remain hands-on by participating in architecture discussions, solution design, coding sessions, code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Mentor engineers by providing technical guidance, reviewing designs and implementations, and fostering engineering best practices across the team.
- Drive engineering excellence through clean code practices, CI/CD, DevOps, automation, security, observability, and operational readiness.
