Job Purpose

The Dispatch Agent will be responsible for coordinating and processing all online orders for timely and accurate dispatch. The role involves order verification, packaging coordination, courier management, shipment tracking, and maintaining proper dispatch records.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process orders generated through the company’s website and online platforms.
- Verify customer details, product information, quantity, payment status, and delivery address before dispatch.
- Coordinate with the warehouse/store team for product availability and order preparation.
- Ensure products are properly packed, labelled, and ready for shipment.
- Generate invoices, shipping labels, AWB numbers, and other required dispatch documents.
- Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for daily pickup and shipment dispatch.
- Update order and shipment status in the website/ERP/order management system.
- Track dispatched orders and coordinate on delayed, failed, or returned shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatched, pending, cancelled, and returned orders.




- Coordinate with the Customer Service and Web/E-commerce teams regarding order-related issues.
- Handle RTO (Return to Origin), exchange, and replacement shipments as per company policy.
- Ensure that the correct product is dispatched against the correct customer order.
- Report any shortage, mismatch, damage, or dispatch-related issue to the concerned department immediately.
- Prepare daily/weekly dispatch reports for management.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure smooth coordination between the Web, Warehouse, Accounts, and Courier teams.
- Follow company SOPs, security procedures, and quality standards.

Required Skills
- Positive knowledge of online order processing and dispatch operations.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce websites, ERP/order management systems, and courier portals.
- Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
