Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation for identifying, qualifying, and converting current opportunities.
- Solid understanding of Business and Account Management principles to manage client relationships and support retention and growth.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and active listening.
- Proven experience in outbound sales or business development, preferably in outsourcing, technology services, or BPO environments.
- Ability to work with targets, manage a sales pipeline, and use CRM or sales tracking tools efficiently.




- Analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.

Requirements
:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative environment in Coimbatore with cross-functional and global teams.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required to interact with international clients.
