Position Overview:

The Sr. Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales and expanding market presence for firefighting vehicles, specialty vehicles, DCP systems and pumps etc within their assigned region. Reporting directly to regional sales manager, the role involves crafting and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and managing relationships with key stakeholders in both government and corporate sectors.

Preferred candidate profile

Academic: Should have at least a diploma or bachelors degree in a technical field. Candidates with a Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or other related technical field are preferred. Deep conceptual understanding of technicalities in Automobile, Manufacturing and Fire Industries.
- Experiential: For Sr. Sales engineer, a proven track record in working with B2B clients, sectors and government officials. Extensive experience with the tendering processes on (both government & private), including bid preparation, submission,



and handling of technical & financial specifications. Proven Track record in negotiating contracts and terms with a focus on winning tenders and finalizing deals. Ability to analyse trends change strategies accordingly.
- Soft Skills: Robust relationship-building skills (e.g., chief fire officers, commissioners, clients), effective communication skills both verbal and non-verbal for technical presentations/demonstrations, multi-tasker and proven track record of being an effective team player. Someone who is a quick learner, dynamic, ambitious, action-oriented, curious & demanding of himself, strong willed and solution oriented.
- Language: English, Hindi and fluency in a particular common regional language is preferred.
- Tools: Mandatory- Microsoft Office, GeM (various tendering portals) ; Preferred- SAP B1 (Sales), CRM
