Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook Chinese dishes as per recipes and standards
- Handle the Chinese section independently during service
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are consistent
- Supervise and guide commis chefs and kitchen helpers
- Prepare mise en place and manage daily prep work
- Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards
- Monitor stock levels and inform the kitchen team about requirements
- Reduce wastage and use ingredients efficiently
Requirements:
- Experience as a CDP or strong experience in a Chinese kitchen
- Positive knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques, sauces, and wok cooking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership skills and team spirit
- Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety

Pay: ₹9,317.33 - ₹30,000.00 per month
