As a Business Analysis Manager in the Transformation team of Global Screening Operations, you will be a key player in driving strategic initiatives and operational improvements. You will be responsible for managing a diverse book of work, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service within your area of responsibility. Your ability to think strategically, delegate effectively, and coach your team members will be crucial in achieving our common goals. Job responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of business requirements and solutions by leveraging deep knowledge of business analysis principles and data analytics expertise, ensuring alignment with operational policies and precedents.
