Title: US IT Recruiter
Experience: 7 to 10 years
Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore

Responsibilities
- Helps support the companys overall recruiting efforts, which include on-site recruiting, internet recruiting, working with temporary agencies, and employee referrals
- Coordinates with resource managers to fulfil the business needs
- Posts jobs online, screens, organizes, and tracks all applications and resumes within companys applicant tracking tool
- Attends cadence calls to ensure the candidates are moving through the process
- Coordinates and conducts pre-screening, technical interviews with resource managers
- Proactively researches and evaluates new sourcing ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies
- Establishes and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates for current or future openings




- Meets management/ leadership objective and requirements as assigned throughout the year

Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in US IT/Technical Recruitment
- Strong hands-on experience with Bullhorn, Beline, and LinkedIn Recruiter (mandatory and non-negotiable
- Demonstrated success recruiting for complex US technical roles across multiple technology domains, including Networking, Infrastructure, Cloud, and A
- Strong understanding of AI-driven recruiting practices, with hands-on experience leveraging AI tools and automation to improve sourcing effectiveness, candidate engagement, market intelligence, and overall recruiter productivity
- Experience working in VMS/MSP-driven recruitment workplace
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
