Role & responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Pumps & Valves manufacturing unit.
- Lead and develop production teams.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, delivery timelines, and cost goals are achieved.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies.
- Handle customer complaints and solve production/process issues.
- Work with suppliers and support new product development projects.
- Plan manpower, capacity, budgets, and investments for the unit.
- Ensure safety, sustainability, and compliance with company processes.

Preferred candidate profile
- Mechanical or Production Engineering background.
- More than 10 years of manufacturing/production experience.
- Strong people management and leadership skills.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and process improvement.
- Someone who is hands-on, result-oriented, customer-focused, and valuable at working with teams.
