Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Marketing Operations Manager to drive the execution of brand initiatives across campaigns, launches and always-on marketing programs.

The role will partner closely with the brand manager to translate marketing strategy into seamless execution by coordinating with internal teams and external partners. From campaign planning and asset development to retail rollout, budget tracking and performance reporting, this role will ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on execution, enjoys bringing structure to complex projects and can collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, PR, influencer, CRM and content touchpoints.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, campaign calendars and execution timelines to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with creative, media, PR, digital, retail, merchandising,



e-commerce and CRM teams to ensure seamless campaign rollout.
- Manage creative development workflows including briefing agencies, tracking deliverables, coordinating reviews and ensuring timely approvals.
- Own campaign operations including production timelines, asset management and deployment across channels.
- Track campaign budgets, raise purchase orders, track invoices
- Maintain marketing calendars, trackers and documentation to improve planning and visibility across teams.
- Coordinate with external agencies and production partners to ensure quality execution and timely delivery.
- Ensure brand guidelines and quality standards are consistently maintained across all consumer touchpoints.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in brand marketing, campaign management or marketing operations.
