We are looking for a Marketing Intern who is curious about AI, understands how digital platforms and content work, and is comfortable using AI tools to research, create, experiment and execute.

Role Overview

As a Marketing Intern, you will work closely with the marketing and leadership team to support content, social media, market research, lead generation and growth initiatives for GenRec.AI.

This is a hands-on role for someone who doesn't just want to learn marketing theoretically but wants to use AI to actually get work done faster and better.

A strong working knowledge of Claude and other AI tools is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and repurpose content for LinkedIn, social media,



website and other marketing channels.
- Use Claude extensively for research, content ideation, content structuring, analysis and marketing workflows.
- Explore and experiment with AI tools to improve marketing productivity and execution.
- Conduct market and competitor research across the AI, HR Tech, Recruitment Tech and SaaS ecosystem.
- Research target companies, industries, decision-makers and potential customer segments.
- Support lead-generation initiatives and maintain relevant prospect databases.
- Assist in developing LinkedIn content, newsletters, blogs, case studies and marketing collateral.
- Identify trending topics around AI, recruitment, hiring, HR technology and the future of work and convert them into relevant content ideas.
- Support SEO and website content initiatives, including keyword and topic research.
- Assist with campaign planning, execution and performance tracking.
