About The Role
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Growth Intern / Executive who enjoys talking to people, understanding business challenges, and helping customers find the right solutions.

This role is a great opportunity for students, freshers, and early-career professionals who want to build a career in B2B SaaS Sales, Business Development, and Customer Acquisition.

Candidates with prior experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, SaaS Sales, or Customer Acquisition are also welcome to apply.

You will work closely with business owners and decision-makers, understand their requirements, introduce them to our SaaS solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and support the complete sales process from lead generation to closure.

Key Responsibilities
- Connect with MSME business owners through calls, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.
- Understand customer requirements, challenges, and business needs.




- Explain our SaaS products and how they can help businesses improve their operations.
- Conduct product demonstrations for potential customers.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Assist in generating new leads and identifying potential customers.
- Support the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM/tracking tools.
- Learn and continuously improve sales pitches based on customer feedback.
- Work closely with the internal team to achieve individual and monthly sales goals.
- Take ownership of assigned leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
