Job Responsibilities-
- Handle end-to-end denial management
- Follow up with insurance companies on outstanding claims
- Analyze and resolve claim denials, rejections, and underpayments
- Work on appeals and denial resolution
- Conduct insurance claim status follow-ups
- Maintain accurate account documentation and follow-up notes
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and quality targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing and claim-related issues
- 1–5 years of experience in AR Calling / Medical Billing / US Healthcare RCM




- Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end denials
- Positive knowledge of US healthcare insurance and RCM processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment
- Willingness to work in a US shift.
