Your Career
As a Professional Services Engineer, youll get into the details of our platform. You will push the
buttons, flip the levers, turn the knobs. You do not shy away from difficult challenges as it relates to
cybersecurity, implementations, and integrations. You are the technical authority and will interact
directly with our customers to help them secure their digital environments. The customers are
counting on you to perform this work and train their staff. And while experience on the companys
platform is desired, even more important is having a solid foundation in networking and security
technologies.
Qualifications
Experience working with Prisma or Cortex Cloud.

Proof of 7+ years of skilled, hands-on operational experience in the field of Cloud,
DevOps or SysOps.

Experience with at least two of the following clouds: AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, including
advanced cloud networking.

Experience in one or more cloud security areas such as Shift Left, CSPM, CWP, KSPM, CIEM,
DSPM, and AI-SPM.

Understanding of container and container orchestration technologies such as Docker,
Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
¢
Experience with at least one of the IaC automation tools (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM
templates, etc.).
¢
Knowledge of CI/CD tools (IDEs, GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins, CircleCI, etc.).
¢
Knowledge of script language (Python, Bash).
¢
Background in the security domain and cloud security is highly preferred.
¢
Experience working with customers as a consultant or team lead working with
CSPM/CWP/CNAPP products.

Design and integrate/deploy Palo Alto Networks Cloud Security (Prisma) solutions into the
customers environment in either public cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) or private cloud (Kubernetes,
OpenStack) environments.

Be at the forefront of all Palo Alto Networks Cloud Security technologies.
¢
Build custom security policies and application signatures, configured for our clients needs.
