Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Finance Head to lead the complete finance and controllership function of the organization. The role will be responsible for financial reporting, financial planning, controllership, taxation, treasury, audits, internal controls, budgeting, MIS and business finance.

The Finance Head will also play a key role in the Company's listing journey and listed-company compliance, working closely with the CFO/Business Head, Board, Audit Committee, Company Secretary, statutory auditors, merchant bankers, legal advisors and other external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilitie

1. Financial Controllership & Reporting
2. Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning.
3. Develop and monitor financial KPIs, profitability and cost metrics
4. Provide financial insights to the management for strategic decision-making
5. Evaluate business investments, capex proposals and expansion plans
6. Lead statutory, internal, tax, GST and other audits
7.



Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors and ensure timely closure of audit observations
8. Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax and other applicable tax compliances
9. Review tax positions, assessments, notices and litigation
10. Ensure timely filing and payment of statutory dues
11. Support and coordinate the Company's listing/IPO-related finance requirements
12. Work closely with merchant bankers, statutory auditors, legal advisors and Company Secretary
13. Ensure financial information required for listing and regulatory submissions is accurate and properly reconciled
14. Develop robust understanding and ensure compliance with SEBI LODR Regulations, Companies Act and stock exchange requirements
15. Develop timely and accurate MIS for management and Board review
16. Monitor revenue, EBITDA, margins, working capital, cash flow, capex and other financial KPIs
